1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PT Zando Anugerah Nusantara Digital ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Spectre application. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Spectre is a social media campaign management and analytics dashboard. It allows authorized users to track the performance of content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter) and manage campaign data.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts) other than those provided by the Service itself.
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and its proprietary source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting URLs or content for tracking/uploading, you grant us the right to access, process, and display public metrics associated with that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to track or upload the content you submit.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Indonesia. PT Zando Anugerah Nusantara Digital and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
